What if parts are required?
Our engineers do carry a stock of some spare parts but it would be impossible to carry all possible spares. What if my boiler can't be repaired?
If your boiler is deemed beyond repair, our onsite engineer can survey what is required to replace the boiler and we will provide you with a no-obligation quote.
What if my boiler is too dangerous?
Occasionally if a broken boiler is damaged to a point where it is dangerous, such as leaking gas, we may have to switch your boiler off completely.
