Our Commercial Rates
We are transparent.
We have 100% transparent charges, you will not be quoted differently or charged differently to our rates below. All commercial rates are quoted net of VAT. Our team will make customers fully aware of our charges at the time of booking. We always offer value for money and transparent charges. Payment is due on issue of the invoice. We accept cheques, BACS, debit and most major credit cards as method of payment.
Standard Commercial Rates
First hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15 minute increments. Table below for commercial appointments only during our normal business hours (8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri). We apply a minimum charge of one hour and thereafter charge in 15 minute increments.
Estimates can be provided by the engineers or a surveyor before work commences.
Quotations are always provided for major works following visit from a surveyor.
Materials Supplied will be charged at our list prices for standard stock.
Materials Collected & Supplied will be at our suppliers list price plus 25% mark up.
Material Collection Engineer collection up to £30 + VAT (for non-van stock items only).
Returned Materials will incur a minimum of 25% restocking fee.
The Invoice will be issued at the end of the visit.
Payment must be made in full by debit/credit card, BACS or cheque to the engineer on issue of the invoice.
